| 7.3 | APPLICATION TO LEAVE HOSTEL DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS FOR OVERSEAS TRAVEL (June and November/December Holidays) |
| 7.3.1 | Boarders must inform the hostel if they leave the hostel for vacations.
Boarders are required to submit the necessary forms to the office one week in advance. |
| 7.3.2 | Prior to leaving for mid-year and end-of-year school vacations, boarders should clear their rooms and return ALL keys (room key, locker key and mail box key), access card hostel pass to the admin office before leaving the hostel. |
